Music
Located in Fionnay, an idyllic village in the Val de Bagnes, at the bottom of the Mauvoisin dam, the Festival des Combins workshop is a concentrate of music, discovery and connections. Students get private and chamber music lessons daily and participate in guest musicians' master classes. The students’ work is highlighted through three concerts exclusively dedicated to the students of the workshop.
Outdoor
To provide students with an escape valve after intense musical mornings, outdoor activities and discoveries such as hiking, visiting the Mauvoisin dam, beekeeping, raclette cheese fabrication and climbing are being organised. The students, in contact both with nature and music, become craftsmen of their environment.

The workshop is open to violinists, violists, cellists, pianists and accordionist.
Young musicians need to be fluent in note reading. A pianist will be at hand to accompany the students during rehearsals, lessons and concerts.

Accommodation
The students are accommodated in the dormitories of The Grande Dixence building in Fionnay. Practice studios are available for students.
Food
Meals are provided by La Ferme des Glariers in Lourtier.
